Bringing together the confectionary and snacks industry, ProSweets expo took over Cologne from the 28th to the 31st of January, hosting 248 exhibitors from 30 countries, and over 13,000 trade visitors.
This exhibition offered the perfect opportunity for Sapal to showcase their brand new multistyle wrapping machine for chocolate, the CHOCOMAXX. This innovation is a collaboration with MACS, a well-known manufacturer of innovative high quality packaging machines, particularly in the confectionary and food industry segment.
The CHOCOMAXX is a high speed single or double film wrapper, offering production of up to 600ppm, for flat-based chocolates. The modular design enables processing of different product shapes and wrapping styles for products such as pralines, napolitans, rochers, twists, double twists, with and without filling, molded or enrobed.
