The Ampack KF carousel machine is available in clean, ultra-clean and aseptic hygienic execution and is capable of filling, sealing and capping pre-made cups and bottles on the same machine with speeds of up to 12,000 bottles or 16,000 cups per hour (depending on the number of lanes). It offers an unrivalled level of flexibility thanks to the fast change over times and simplified maintenance enabling switching between various container sizes easy. The machine can be equipped with multiple dosing stations (pre-dosing, main dosing, post dosing station) for adding different toppings to the product or filling multi-layered products.
